Omega-3’s shown to reduce the risk of cardiac death by 29.1%


We review the publicly cited research ” Omega-3 intake reduces cardiac death risk according to comprehensive new study “, in which the risk of cardiac death was observed in trials that utilized dosages of more than 1 gram of EPA and DHA per day by 29.1%.
